The BRANCH program provides innovative, evidence-based mental health and skills development services within the school environment. By integrating mental health support into the educational setting through our onsite licensed therapists and Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), we remove barriers to access and create a foundation for lasting success.
Our comprehensive approach combines individual therapy, targeted skills training for students on 504 and IEP plans, group interventions, and whole-school wellness initiatives to ensure every student has the opportunity to flourish. All services are delivered directly in your school, making mental health support as accessible as visiting your counselor’s office

Targeted Case Management
The BRANCH Program incorporates mental health targeted case management services (MHTCM) to help participants gain access to necessary medical, social, educational, and other services and supports. MHTCM activities include:
Case managers work as part of the participant's therapeutic team and maintain communication with all involved service providers. They serve as advocates for participants while empowering them to eventually manage their own care and services. The frequency and intensity of case management is determined by individual participant needs.

Comprehensive initial assessment and periodic reassessment of participant needs
Development and regular revision of trauma-informed, person-centered care plans
Setting specific goals and actions to address needed services
Working collaboratively with participants and/or caregivers to develop goals

Making referrals and scheduling appointments to help obtain needed services
Linking participants with medical, social, behavioral, and educational providers
Coordinating with other programs and services to meet identified needs
Actively assisting participants in accessing necessary resources

Regular monitoring to ensure services are being delivered as planned
Evaluating if services are adequate in amount, scope, and duration
Performing needed follow-up to address changing needs
Making modifications to care plans based on progress and outcomes
